You also have EVE-NG (which is not Cisco) and I personally have not used it but it’s looks much nicer than GNS3. What I (and most of the people) recommend is Ciscos own virtual lab, CML (Cisco Modeling Lab) that is equivalent to GNS3 but a little bit better. There are free IOS images but would not recommend you to download those.
